What We Do
Women in Aviation International is a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to providing networking, education, mentoring and scholarship opportunities for women who are striving for challenging and fulfilling careers in the aviation and aerospace industries.
Our 2025 Conference will be in Denver, Colorado, March 27-29. WAI publishes Aviation for Women magazine and maintains a chapter network worldwide.
WAI also offers educational outreach programs to educators, aviation industry members, and young people nationally and internationally. Our most recent initiative is our Girls in Aviation Day program for girls ages 8 to 17. The 2025 event will be held worldwide on September 20, 2025.
